GW faculty and staff can submit a request for evaluation of a potential finance project. Complete all sections of the electronic form prior to submission.
To initiate a request select "SUBMIT A FINANCE PROJECT REQUEST".
Provide the specific details of the finance project request to ensure that a thorough evaluation occurs. Complete all fields.
Select "Mark Complete" at the top of the page.
If applicable, attach any documentation associated with the project request. Select "Mark Complete".
Complete the Score Card.
Note: Selections are used to gather key information. The Score Card will NOT score or rank the finance project request or have a direct impact on its approval. If you are unsure, select the options that best match your request.
A green check will appear in the navigation menu beside completed sections, and a red circle will appear next to incomplete sections.
After completing all sections, select "Review and Submit".
Review the request, and if satisfied with the content select the blue "Submit" button above the request.
A member of the Finance team will contact you to discuss your finance project request within 48 business hours.
