Giulliano Camargos

Giulliano is a seasoned finance/treasury professional with over 20 years of experience, serving as the Director of Treasury Operations at GW since late 2021. Prior to that he was the Cash and Investment Officer of the District of Columbia. He has held finance and treasury management roles at Capital One and other well-known organizations across multiple industries.

Giulliano and his team are responsible for cash management, banking services, liquidity management, asset management, debt management and merchant services.

A native of Brazil, he is a long-time resident of the DC metro area. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
