Donna is a career procurement professional with more than 30 years of acquisition experience. She joined GW in 2010 after spending the majority of her career in the public sector working for cities, counties, states, school districts, and the GSA.
Donna holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and holds 4 certifications in procurement.
As Associate Vice President, Supply Chain, Donna and her team have oversight responsibility for contract services, travel, expense reimbursements, accounts payable, spend reporting, p-cards, supplier registration, iBuy+ Goods and Services, and the iBuy+ Help Desk.
The Procurement team is focused on a high level of customer service to ensure that university faculty and staff get the goods and services they need on a timely basis at the best possible price.
