Sonia Singh

Sonia is a seasoned Finance and Accounting professional with a career spanning over 25 years across higher education, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. Since joining George Washington University in 2010, she has excelled in various high-impact roles within the University Controller's Office. She holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Management with Honors, in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration.

As the Managing Director, Sonia provides strategic leadership for the Student Accounts Office, Tax Department, and special accounting and finance projects. Her expertise and prior experience make her a key liaison between the Medical Faculty Associates and GW's financial reporting and consolidation functions.
